What type of paper stock can be embossed?

Our standard paper embosser is guaranteed for use with paper weight up to 150 gsm, while the heavy duty embosser is guaranteed for use with paper weight up to 220 gsm.

Embossing thicker stock may also be possible, depending on the stock and your design - however using thicker stock ongoing can wear down the dies more quickly. You'll may also see a less defined image in the embossed impression when used on thicker stock [particularly for designs with fine detail].
